Sixty five year old male complaining of recurrent attack of mild right sided spontaneous epistaxis of 8 months duration. Tow months later he develop right sided partial persistent nasal obstruction that did not respond to vasoconstrictor nasal drop. One month ago he develop out ward right sided proptosis. His blood pressure 120/80mmHg. Anterior rhinoscopy revealed edematous nasal plopi  bulging from the right middle meatus restricted in mobility.
